Vendor Application for Coastal Cultivators Classic
May 16th, 2026

This year, we’re teaming up with Mother Earth Wellness to host a vendor market at the Coastal Cultivators Classic, Rhode Island’s premier cannabis festival and the largest of its kind in the state.

Please read all of the event information below before applying, as well as the Vendor FAQS, to determine if applying for this event is right for your business.

  • This is a 21+ event.

  • The Coastal Cultivators Classic will take place on May 16th, 2026 at Hope Artiste Village at 1005 Main St, Pawtucket, RI.

  • This is a one-day event from 10am to 7pm. Vendors must commit to participating for the entirety of the event.

  • The event will run from 10am to 7pm. Load-in starts at 7:30am (with an optional Friday night load-in) and vendors must be on site and setting up by 8am. If you arrive late, you will not be permitted to vend and you will not receive a refund.

  • Vendors must report to a mandatory vendor meeting at 9am. If you miss this meeting, you will not be permitted to vend and you will not receive a refund.

  • Vendors will be indoors and the event is held rain or shine.

  • The vendor fee for this event is $175 for a single booth (8’x6’). If you are selected. This fee is non-refundable/transferable and booths are not shareable.

  • While all spaces will have the same square footage, some spaces may be uniquely shaped and we will share those details with vendors ahead of the event.

  • Vendors must provide their own displays (including tables and chairs) for this event.

  • Vendor parking is free and plentiful.

  • Little City Thrifty and The Good Trade abide by all Rhode Island permitting requirements. All accepted vendors must have a Rhode Island Retail Sales Permit. If you are a Rhode Island business who already has one, great! If you are an out of state business OR a Rhode Island business who does not have a Retail Sales Permit, don’t fret! Obtaining a temporary permit is an easy process and we’re here to walk you through it.

  • No tents, balloons, confetti, open flames, deep frying, propane are allowed inside.

  • Service dogs that are trained to work or perform a task for persons with disabilities are welcome. Comfort, therapy, and emotional support animals are not service animals and are not recognized by the ADA, and are not allowed, per our insurance regulations and venue restrictions.

  • Vendor will be accepted on a rolling basis.
